Bounce House Rentals

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event to receive a refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

This policy also applies to any deposit paid at the time of booking.

Balloon Décor and Backdrop Rentals or Purchases

A minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable.

Deposits made for these services are also non-refundable if canceled within this period.
