Cancellation Policy for Purchases
We take pride in crafting high-quality products for your events. Please review our cancellation policy for all purchase orders:

Custom Orders

All custom-made items are non-refundable once production has started.

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order to be eligible for a full refund, provided production has not begun.

Pre-Made Products

Orders for pre-made items may be canceled for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided the item has not been shipped.

Once an item has been shipped, the sale is final and non-refundable.

General Conditions

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Refunds (when applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We appreciate your understanding, as many of our products are made-to-order and involve custom design and material sourcing.
