Terms of Service
By booking services with Fiesta Jump LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all rentals and décor services.

The remaining balance is due by the date of delivery or event setup, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Bookings are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
Bounce house rentals must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event to receive a refund.

Balloon décor and backdrop services must be canceled at least 7 days in advance to be eligible for a refund.

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs after the specified period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

3. Weather Policy
If severe weather prevents safe setup (e.g., heavy rain, high winds), Fiesta Jump LLC may offer to reschedule or provide a credit for future use. Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related cancellations unless we are unable to deliver or set up safely.

4. Safety & Use
Equipment must be used only as intended and under adult supervision at all times.

No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, or animals are allowed inside bounce houses.

Renter assumes full responsibility for all guests' safety and proper equipment use.

5. Delivery & Setup
Delivery times will be confirmed prior to the event. Please ensure the setup area is clear, accessible, and free of obstacles.

Additional fees may apply for difficult access, stairs, or long distances from the delivery vehicle to the setup area.

6. Damages & Liability
Renter is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow guidelines.

Fiesta Jump LLC is not liable for injuries or accidents occurring during the use of our equipment or décor.

7. Property Access
By booking with us, you authorize Fiesta Jump LLC staff to access your property for delivery, setup, and pickup at the agreed-upon times.

8. Photos & Marketing
We may take photos of our setup for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client in advance.
